I preshrink all of my items before dying and they are washed again after dyeing. The dyes are colorfast and will not bleed. I recommend cold water wash. They can be thrown right in the dryer, too.
Sizing of these tops is true- whatever size you normally wear in a t-shirt will be the size tank you need.
